A three-day review workshop to evaluate the progress of seven social impact marketing campaigns in Colombia (using our new unified brand campaign strategy) and map out a twelve-month strategy for each.
My role was to evaluate the current Social Marketing strategy at each site - with emphasis on the brand, message, positioning, and audience outreach - and give recommendations for their upcoming year strategies. In addition to the evaluations, I gave two lectures: Strengthening the Campaign Brand and Tips for Campaign Communications.
